• Life-threatening stab wounds and firearm injuries
• Pericardial tamponades
• Sternum instability

Neonatal intensive care

• Prematurity
• Respiratory distress syndrome
• Hyperbilirubinemia
• Acute bronchiolitis
• Pneumonia
• Transient tachypnea of the newborn
• Other neonatal diseases causing respiratory distress
• Neonatal surgery (major and minor surgeries such as all sorts of gastrointestinal atresia, NEC, urinary tract surgeries, V-P shunts, neural tube defects, etc.)​
