Our visitor policy is grounded in the safety and well-being of our patients and visitors.
Visiting hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
Visits are subject to physician approval in situations that may be detrimental to the patient.
To safeguard children’s health, visitors under the age of 12 are not allowed.
As personalized diets are planned for patients, outside food and beverages are not permitted.
A maximum of 2 visitors are allowed with the patient at a time. Excessive visitors pose health risks for both the patient and visitors.
Flowers are not allowed in patient rooms. Flowers sent for our patients are accepted and processed by the Information Desk in the lobby, where a ‘flower card’ is prepared with the sender’s name and delivered to the patient’s room. Patients and their family members can collect the flowers with the flower card from the Information Desk.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the entire hospital building.
Specific units, clinics, departments, and divisions may have unique visiting rules; it’s essential to adhere to these rules, which may vary within our general visitor policy.
